Greetings! Dr. Miao Zhang is a Professor at School of Computer Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen). Before that, Miao was an Assistant Professor at Computer Science Department, Aalborga University (AAU), Denmark. Miao also worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Machine Learning Group, FIT, Monash University, with Prof. Gholamreza (Reza) Haffari, and Prof. Xiaojun Chang. Miao obtained PhD degree in Computer Science at UTS, Australia, under the supervision of Steven Su and Shirui Pan. |
Current Research Interests
LLM Compression and Acceleration: Quantization, Pruning, Distillation, Sparsity, NAS, Linear Attention;
AI Algorithm/System Co-design: LLM Engine for Efficient Inference, LLM Deployment;
Efficient ML: Continual Learning, Machine Unlearning, Federated Learning, Memmory Efficient Learning;
Applications: GUI Agent, Multi-Agent System, Video Generation, MLLM.
