Greetings! Dr. Miao Zhang is a Professor at School of Computer Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen). Before that, Miao was an Assistant Professor at Computer Science Department, Aalborga University (AAU), Denmark. Miao also worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Machine Learning Group, FIT, Monash University, with Prof. Gholamreza (Reza) Haffari, and Prof. Xiaojun Chang. |
Research Interests
Efficient LLM: Quantization, Pruning, Distillation, Efficient Training, Continual Learning, Machine Unlearning;
Trustworthy AI: Deep Learning Theory, Federated Learning;
AI Algorithm/System Co-design: MCU AI Engine; LLM Engine for Efficient Inference;
Applications: Egocentric VLM, GUI Agent, Embodied AI.
